WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL I NEED TO TRAVEL?
To attend any Luxotic Retreat you will need a passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages.
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT? ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Our Deposit is $250 per person, unless the reservation is paid in full or paid in monthly installments. The deposit is nonrefundable however the deposit can be converted to a retreat credit which can be applied to a future Luxotic retreat.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
As of February 1, 2021, all reservations will recommend that travelers purchase their own travel insurance, not included in our booking packages. If you need to cancel your retreat, your Travel Insurance partner may be able to reimburse your pre-paid, non-refundable expenses if you must cancel your trip due to a covered reason.
There may be up to 28 covered reasons for interrupting or canceling your trip. These covered reasons vary as every travel insurance plan is individualized, but here are some examples:
• A natural disaster renders your home or your destination uninhabitable.
• Your destination is rendered uninhabitable because of a natural disaster, fire, flood, burglary or vandalism.
• A terrorist event happens at your destination within 30 days of the day you're scheduled to arrive.
• The insured traveler, traveling companion or a family member suffers a serious covered illness or injury.
• The insured traveler, traveling companion or a family member dies.
• You or a traveling companion are terminated/laid off from your job through no fault of your own, after your effective date of coverage, after working there at least 12 continuous months.
• Your airline, cruise line or other carrier ceases services for at least 24 consecutive hours due to a strike, natural disaster, bad weather or FAA-mandated shutdown.
• You need to attend the birth of a family member’s child.
• You or a traveling companion is in a traffic accident on the way to your point of departure, and you or the traveling companion need medical attention or the car needs to be repaired because it's not safe to drive.
• A natural disaster renders your home or your destination uninhabitable.
• You or a traveling companion legally separate or divorce after your insurance effective date but before your scheduled departure date.
We could go on and on… but instead, we advise simply reading your plan, which each guest will receive 48 hours after booking.
If you previously made a deposit on your retreat, travel insurance will be issued upon next/final full or partial payment.
WHAT ARE THE ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS IF I TRAVEL ALONE?
Whether you are choosing to attend the Luxotic 2021 retreat with a friend, a group, or alone, room accommodations are your choice. Solo travelers can choose to room alone or to be paired with another solo traveler. Private rooms + Villas are available as trip upgrades. Reservations will close once all rooms have been sold.
HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY ROOM & AMENITIES?
Once your booking has been confirmed, our Luxotic concierge service will help you personalize your trip, build your itinerary, and add any upgrades to accommodations and amenities. Please email us directly at if you'd like to make any changes to your retreat. Please note, upgrades and retreat changes are subject to availability.
WILL THERE BE TIME FOR ME TO EXPLORE THE COUNTRY ON MY OWN?
Luxotic Retreats specializes in creating enrichment experiences that enhance and create life-lasting change. Our trip itineraries are completely flexible for travelers, to create the best experience. Whether you want to participate in a mission trip, spend all day on the beach, or explore the island, you choose your trip plan, to shape your experience. Any separate experiences apart from the Luxotic Retreats Experience will be at the travelers own expense and risks.
WHAT IS THE TOTAL TRIP COST IF I CHOOSE MY OWN AIRFARE?
If you would like to choose your own travel accommodations, the costs vary according to the package you choose. More information on all of the packages which exclude flights can be found on the retreat home page. Please note all airfare accommodations booked separately to and from a given retreat must be booked to arrive on the first day of the retreat and depart on the last day of the retreat, that we may arrange your transportation to and from the resort. Be advised you will also be responsible for informing Luxotic Retreats of your detailed Travel Information one month prior to departure.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT IF I PAY FOR THE TRIP IN FULL?
Paying your trip in one payment does not add any additional discounts but it does receive Top Traveler recognition. Being a Luxotic Top Traveler makes you a VIP allowing priority boarding access, exclusive offers from our sponsors and so much more!
WHAT ARE AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION ACCOMODATIONS?
Transportation from the airport to a given resort will be provided by Luxotic Retreats.
IS THIS RETREAT FOR WOMEN ONLY?
While Luxotic Retreats are built by women, and designed for women, but MEN AND WOMEN are welcomed to join our retreat!
Luxotic Retreats Guests who are Residents of all countries with whom borders of our retreats are open will be required to show either proof of vaccine or a negative covid test.
Tests must be taken at 72 hours prior to departure (or closer to departure) and the results (or proof of vaccine) need to be uploaded no later than 12 hours prior to departure to any of our retreat locations. Any tests and results executed before 72 hours prior to departure to Bali will not be valid.
Take a test prior to arrival - Test must be a COVID-19 test, obtained from a nasal/oral swab specimen through amplified Molecular testing performed by a certified lab, and the results need to be uploaded as part of the online ED Card process. The test provider is of your choice, and costs may vary by provider.
Your uploaded lab results need to list:
Your name, as it appears on passport
Date the test was administered
"COVID-19", "SARS-CoV-2" or "Coronavirus"
The type of Molecular test or Molecular test brand name (see below)
How the test was taken: "Nasal", "Nasopharyngeal", "Mid-turbinate", "Combined Oral/Nasal", or "Combined Oral/Nasopharyngeal", or "Combined Oral/Mid-turbinate" swab
Your test result: "Negative"

These tests are NOT ACCEPTED:
Any at-home kits (the sample needs to be collected by licensed medical staff)
Any test that does not rely on an oral or nasal swab, such as:
Sputum, saliva and spit collection (spit in a cup, etc.)
Gargle, oral rinse, etc
Oral swab without a nasal swab
All Antigen (Ag) tests (including Quidel Sophia, Abbott BinexNOW and Rapid Antigen Tests)
All Antibody tests (such as IgG, IgA, IgM and Rapid Antibody Tests)
All blood tests (such as fingerstick, venipuncture)
All plasma tests
All serum tests
All lateral flow tests
All fever checks
All temperature checks
Any Doctor's note
Upload any of these and you will be required to retake the PCR test on arrival at the Airport at your expense.
Tests are not required for children 14 and under. All costs related to PCR testing are the responsibility of the visitor.
