This payment plan includes a deposit of $300 PER ROOM) By choosing to pay the deposit, you will be enrolled in either a separate and secured automatic payment plan option, where you will begin an automatic payment plan 30 days from date of deposit for the next 6 months (Dec 2019 - May 2020) or make a full payment by April 30th, 2020. Should you choose Monthly Payments, you’ll pay $300 at checkout today and billed every month until your balance is paid in full. All deposits are non-refundable.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Retreat Payments are refundable if travel insurance is purchased, and the following criteria is met: - 100% refundable if canceled up to 90 days before departure - 75% refundable if canceled up to 75 days before departure - 50% refundable if canceled up to 60 days before departure - 0% refundable if canceled less than 60 days before departure Travel Insurance is non-refundable.
