MEET THE FOUNDER
Leticia Ricks is Senior Recruiting Program Manager with Amazon on the Global Diversity and Inclusion team, and founder of several startups - Futuricks Enterprises, the parent company of Futuricks Faces and Futuricks Fitness, and co-founder of Glamere, a premium Beauty and Makeup Brand. With over 10 years of experience in recruitment, she found her passion for recruiting creating diversity recruiting events and initiatives, such as Amazon's "Represent the Future" Virtual Summit, that help bridge the gap of under-represented minorities and women in the tech and corporate industries. As an entrepreneur, Leticia has helped to drive Futuricks Enterprises to maintain as a sustainable and profitable business for over 10 years, with a focus on events, fitness, and the future of fun. Leticia is also a certified Zumba Instructor, certified make-up artist, henna artist and paint party artist . Leticia is also a career coach and consultant, helping women and underrepresented professionals strive for and achieve their career goals.
Leticia has planned and hosted several global leisure retreats, to Cuba, Dominica Republic and Caymen Islands. In December 2019, when she formed Luxotic Retreats, her goal was to help structure and create Luxotic Retreats to be the first retreat for designed for community building for those who are at the intersection of personal brand builders and entrepreneurs. This retreat would be a development getaway and networking opportunity for all who are looking to grow in their career, or looking to scale their personal business endeavors, all one of the most luxurious, exotic and spiritually intense places in the world. The development and learning initiatives would be immersive and worth the trip half way around the world to experience.
