WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL I NEED TO TRAVEL?
To attend any Limitless Voyager you will need a valid passport with at least 2 consecutive empty visa pages per entry (not including endorsement pages). Depending on the country we are traveling to you may also need a visa. Feel free to send us a message to learn more about whether the retreat you are looking to travel on with us requires a visa.
ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE? HOW DOES IT WORK? WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
Yes, once you pay the $250 deposit, (which goes towards the total of your trip)the balance can divided into payment plans:
- bi-weekly and weekly payment plans are automatic based on the date they start. Two Split payments are due July 1 st and November 1. Four split payments are due May 1, July 1, September 1, and November 1, 2024.
WHAT ARE THE ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS IF I TRAVEL ALONE?
Whether you are choosing to attend the retreat with a friend, a group, or alone, room accommodations are your choice. Solo travelers can choose to room alone or to be paired with another solo traveler.

HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY ROOM & AMENITIES?
Our registration will help you personalize your trip, build your itinerary, and add any upgrades to accommodations and amenities. Use the chat below to request an upgrade. Please note, upgrades and retreat changes are subject to availability.
WILL THERE BE TIME FOR ME TO EXPLORE THE COUNTRY ON MY OWN?
Any separate experiences apart from the Limitless Voyagers Experience will be at the travelers' own expense and risks.
ARE COVID TESTS REQUIRED TO TRAVEL?
Until further notice, all Limitless Voyagers guests who are residents of all countries with whom borders of our retreats are open will not be required to show either proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test. Going to Ghana requires the Yellow Fever Vaccine.
I'D LIKE TO INCLUDE MY SPOUSE/FAMILY IN MY BOOKING? WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT?
Members of the community are welcome to bring up to 3 guest who are not in the community yet on the retreat.
DO AMERICAN PASSPORT HOLDERS NEED A VISA TO ENTER GHANA?
U.S. citizen tourists entering Ghana require a visa. We strongly recommend that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your arrival in Indonesia to avoid possible denied entry. Ghana immigration officials or airline staff may request your onward/return ticket. All other country’s passport holders will need to check with your immigration office about visa requirements.
WHICH AIRLINE ARE YOU FLYING WITH? WHY DID THE AIRLINE PACKAGE CHANGE? HOW CAN I LOCK IN AN AIRLINE RATE? IF I BOOK TODAY WILL THE PRICE OF THE PACKAGE I CHOSE CHANGE?
Anyone who purchases airline packages with our group will fly with Emirates. Please note, all airline packages are subject to change at any time according to the current rate. The rate listed at the time you book is the rate you will pay, and your rate is locked in.
IS TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDED? CAN YOU RECOMMEND ANY TRAVEL INSURANCE PROVIDER?
Insurance is not included in the non-refundable deposit. We recommend you purchase your travel insurance separately through a reputable travel insurance provider such as Travelex or Allianz Global.
IF YOU CANCEL, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK?
If you need to cancel and request a refund, and you have purchased travel insurance, your trip would be refundable based on the insurance package you purchased separately and according to their refund timeline. If you do not purchase travel insurance and you cannot attend the trip, any payments made can be transferred to a new retreat for up to two years.
IS A VISA REQUIRED? WHAT IS NEEDED TO GET A VISA TO GHANA?
Yes, You will need a visa which you can purchase online. Visa Requirements are as follows:
* Passport with 6 months validity and at least 2 empty pages.
* Costs $35 - $50, depending on your passport’s country
* Completed and signed visa application form
* Proof of travel booking
* Proof of Accommodation
* Currency Restriction up to $10,000 USD

YELLOW FEVER VACCINE
Everyone who visits Ghana is required to prove their Yellow Fever Vaccination upon arrival in Ghana. This requirement applies to anyone over nine months of age.
