HOW DO I BOOK A RETREAT?
Booking is easy! Simply visit our Retreats page, choose your destination, and click “Book Now.” You’ll be guided through a secure checkout process. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email with all your retreat details and next steps.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY RETREAT PACKAGE?
Each Luxotic Retreat includes luxury accommodations, daily meals or curated dining experiences, group activities or excursions, and wellness sessions (depending on the retreat). Specific inclusions are listed on each retreat’s page so you know exactly what’s covered.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes! We know planning a luxury experience can take time, so we offer flexible payment plan options. You can secure your spot with a deposit and pay the remaining balance in installments. Details are available during checkout.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

CAN I TRANSFER MY BOOKING TO SOMEONE ELSE?
In most cases, yes! If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another guest (depending on availability and timing). Please contact our team as soon as possible so we can assist you with the process.
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR SPECIAL REQUESTS?
Absolutely. We want every guest to feel cared for. Please share your dietary needs or special requests during booking or by emailing us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED?
Unless stated otherwise, flights are not included in the retreat price. However, our team is happy to provide guidance or recommendations to help you plan your journey with ease.

We’ll do everything we can to resolve the situation and ensure you’re cared for. We also encourage you to review our Cancellation & Terms Policy before traveling.
DO I HAVE TO TRAVEL ALONE, OR CAN I BRING MY FRIEND OR PARTNER?
You’re welcome to do either! Many guests join solo and end up forming amazing friendships, while others come with a loved one or travel buddy. Our retreats are designed to create a warm, inclusive environment — whether you’re sharing the experience or exploring self-growth on your own. IS TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIRED?
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected events, such as flight delays, illness, or cancellations. While it’s not required, it gives you extra peace of mind. We recommend Traveler Insurance as we've partnered with them for so long to keep your travel guaranteed.
WHAT SHOULD I PACK?
Once you book, you’ll receive a detailed packing guide specific to your retreat destination. Generally, we suggest comfortable clothing for activities, resort wear for leisure, and any personal essentials you can’t travel without. Think light, breathable, and luxe — just like your getaway.
ARE THE RETREATS SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS?
Yes! Most of our activities are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all levels. Whether it’s yoga, hiking, or excursions, you can always go at your own pace. If you have specific physical concerns, just let us know in advance — we’re happy to accommodate.
WILL I HAVE FREE TIME DURING RETREAT?
Definitely. While we curate unforgettable group experiences, we also value downtime. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to relax, explore on your own, or simply unwind in your luxury surroundings.
HOW LARGE ARE THE GROUPS?
Our retreats are intentionally intimate, typically ranging from 8–20 guests, depending on the destination. We keep our groups small to ensure personalized attention, meaningful connections, and a peaceful atmosphere.
HOW DO I STAY UPDATED AFTER BOOKING?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to prepare — including payment reminders, travel info, and retreat updates. We’ll also keep in touch leading up to your trip so you’re always in the loop.
WHAT IF MY RETREAT IS CANCELED BY LUXOTIC RETREATS?
In the rare event that a retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or credit toward a future retreat. Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities.
