With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.

All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.

All final sale items are marked as such and cannot be returned for store credit.

Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label but the returns portal is open to all customers.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Luxotic E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
