A MASTERMIND RETREAT EXPERIENCE
As a part of of Circle of Greatness Academy, this mastermind five day retreat includes two full days of immersive enrichment masterclasses at The W Hotel Dubai Palm, along with bucket-list excursions, and networking dinners included. The full agenda is below with an overview of what you can expect.

We've partnered with Luxotic Retreats to arrange your luxury travel experience from end to end. Spend 6 days, 5 nights, at 5-star The W Palm Dubai Resort located amidst the pristine beaches of the Dubai Palm Island. Airfare can also be arranged through Emirates Airlines with Luxotic Retreats.

Pricing is the same for every departing location. TRAVEL AND AIRFARE INFORMATION: For packages which include Luxotic Travel accommodations and airfare, these packages include Round Trip Airfare departing on December 6, 2022 at 11:00 PM, from JFK airport (New York City, NY), for guests to arrive in Dubai on December 7, 2022 at 8:25 PM (13 hour non-stop flight) - OR- departing on December 6, 2022 at 8:10 PM, from MIA airport (Miami, FL), for guests to arrive in Dubai on December 7, 2022 at 7:25 PM (14 hour non-stop flight). All packages with airfare, the flight and any accompanying flight upgrades must be purchased in full at the time of booking. A flight confirmation will be shared within 24 hours of booking all flight accommodations. Flight Prices are subject to change at the time of booking.
For guests who choose to book their own travel apart from the Luxotic Retreats accommodations or airfare, attendees are responsible for booking their hotel accommodations, flight to Dubai, and ground transportation separate from this process. Please note all airfare accommodations booked separately to and from Dubai must be booked to arrive on December 7, 2022 no later than 10 PM Dubai Local time and depart on December 12, 2022 by 11 PM. All guests who book their own accommodations are responsible for their own transportation to and from all meeting locations for scheduled activities and conference days and will be responsible for self reporting to each daily meet location on time. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL I NEED TO TRAVEL?
To attend any Luxotic Retreat you will need a valid passport with at least 2 blank pages. Depending on the country we are traveling to you may also need a visa. Feel free to send us a message to learn more about whether the retreat you are looking to travel on with us requires a visa.
ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Weekly, bi-weekly and split payment plans are available. 3% processing fees will apply to payment plans. Final day to pay in full after leaving a deposit is November 1, 2022. This option can be chosen during the booking process. Prices of flights are subject to change to reflect the market rate. This option can be chosen during the booking process.
WHAT ARE THE ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS IF I TRAVEL ALONE?
Whether you are choosing to attend the Luxotic 2021 retreat with a friend, a group, or alone, room accommodations are your choice. Solo travelers can choose to room alone or to be paired with another solo traveler.
HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY ROOM & AMENITIES?
Our Luxotic registration will help you personalize your trip, build your itinerary, and add any upgrades to accommodations and amenities. Please email us directly at INFO@LUXOTICRETREATS.COM if you'd like to make any changes to your retreat. Please note, upgrades and retreat changes are subject to availability.
WILL THERE BE TIME FOR ME TO EXPLORE THE COUNTRY ON MY OWN?
Any separate experiences apart from the Luxotic Retreats Experience will be at the travelers own expense and risks. Luxotic Retreats specializes in creating enrichment experiences that enhance and create life-lasting change. Our trip itineraries are completely flexible for travelers, to create the best experience. Whether you want to participate in a mission trip, spend all day on the beach, or explore the island, you choose your trip plan, to shape your experience.
ARE WE ABLE TO BOOK OUR HOTEL AND AIRFARE, OUTSIDE OF THE W AND/OR OUTSIDE OF EMIRATES

Yes, all Inner Circle of Greatness guests are able to book outside of The W and Outside of the Emirates Flight, however please note:

Guests who choose to book their own accommodations and/or airfare apart from the room block at The W Dubai Palm Resort and/or the Emirates Group Flight package to Dubai are responsible for (1) booking your own roundtrip group transportation to and from the airport, (2) booking your own transportation to and from the conference each day which will be held at The W Dubai Palm, and (3) booking your own transportation to and from all meet up locations for any scheduled activities.

All guests who decide to book on their own must acknowledge that they will arrive to Dubai no later than December 7th, 2022 at 9 PM local Dubai time and depart no earlier than December 12th, 2022 11 PM local time, and any earlier or later departure or arrival will be at their own expense and/or they own the risk of forfeiting part(s) of the Inner Circle Experience.

These guests will also be required to share their confirmed and booked Dubai reservation information with Dubai Inner Circle Retreat team no later than October 6, 2022 by emailing your confirmation(s) to info@luxoticretreats.com.
ARE COVID TESTS REQUIRED TO TRAVEL
Until further notice, all Luxotic Retreats guests who are residents of all countries with whom borders of our retreats are open will be required to show either proof of vaccine or a negative Covid test.
Tests must be taken at 72 hours prior to departure (or closer to departure) and the results (or proof of vaccine) need to be uploaded no later than 12 hours prior to departure to any of our retreat locations. Any tests and results executed before 72 hours prior to departure will not be valid.
Take a test prior to arrival - Test must be a COVID-19 test, obtained from a nasal/oral swab specimen through amplified Molecular testing performed by a certified lab, and the results need to be uploaded as part of the online ED Card process. The test provider is of your choice, and costs may vary by provider.
I'D LIKE TO INCLUDE MY SPOUSE/FAMILY IN MY BOOKING? WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT?
Immediate Family members are welcome to book travel and accommodations with Inner Circle Guests and can be added directly to the Inner Circle booking page. Please note, their stay does not include any of the Inner Circle excursions/activities.
CAN I INCLUDE MY SPOUSE/FAMILY IN THESCHEDULE INNER CIRCLE OF GREATNESS ACTIVITIES?
Immediate Family members are able to book premium experiences and activities from the Inner Circle Passenger information page.
