- OR- DEPARTING ON DECEMBER 6, 2022 AT 8:10 PM, FROM MIA AIRPORT (MIAMI, FL), FOR GUESTS TO ARRIVE IN DUBAI ON DECEMBER 7, 2022 AT 7:25 PM (14 HOUR NON-STOP FLIGHT). 

IF YOU ARE ON THE LUXOTIC GROUP FLIGHT AND TRAVELING TO JFK AIRPORT FROM ANOTHER U.S. CITY, YOU MUST ARRANGE YOUR TRAVEL TO ARRIVE INTO YOUR DEPARTING AIRPORT  (JFK OR MIA AIRPORT) 3 HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT DEPARTURE

AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE RETREAT, THE LUXOTIC GROUP FLIGHT WITH EMIRATES WILL DEPART FROM THE W PALM MONDAY AT 11 PM FOR OVERNIGHT FLIGHTS TO JFK, DEPARTING DXB AIRPORT TUESDAY DECEMBER 13 AT 2:35 AM LOCAL TIME TO ARRIVE IN JFK AT 8:50 AM EST, AND MIA, DEPARTING DXB AIRPORT TUESDAY DECEMBER 13 AT 3:25 AM LOCAL TIME TO ARRIVE IN MIA AT 11 AM EST

IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE LUXOTIC GROUP FLIGHT, ALL SEPARATE FLIGHTS MUST ARRIVE TO DUBAI (DXB AIRPORT) NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 7 AT 09:00 PM LOCAL TIME. ANYONE WHO BOOKS WITHOUT THE LUXOTIC GROUP FLIGHT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BOOKING THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE RESORT.

AIRLINE INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE GUEST EXPERIENCE.

 COVID‑19 testing  Dubai Entry requirements UPDATE

As of November 2022, all passengers travelling to Dubai are no longer required to present a COVID‑19 vaccination certificate or perform PCR tests. Passengers travelling from or through Dubai are only required to comply with the transit requirements and travel requirements their final destination.
